Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of farfruit.net. The Far Fruit application itself is licensed through the App Store under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), which is incorporated by reference and controls your license to use the application.
Authorized use only
You may use Far Fruit only with Apple TV devices and networks that you own, control, administer, or have explicit permission to access. You may not use Far Fruit to interfere with another person’s device, evade access restrictions, monitor another person without permission, or violate any law or third-party agreement.
Your network and equipment
Far Fruit requires compatible devices and a working network path between the controlling device and Apple TV. You are responsible for your network, VPN, router, firewall, camera, Apple ID, equipment, configuration, connectivity charges, and physical access needed to complete pairing.
Far Fruit does not make a private device reachable from the public internet, provide a VPN, bypass network security, or guarantee that a third-party network will permit the required connection.
Remote operation
Remote commands can affect what appears or plays on a television and may interrupt someone using it. Use reasonable care, confirm that remote operation is appropriate, and avoid commands that could create safety, privacy, business, or property risks.
An optional camera may help you see a remote screen, but Far Fruit does not provide or operate the camera. You are responsible for camera placement, notice, consent, security, and compliance with applicable law.
Compatibility and availability
Compatibility may depend on device models, operating-system versions, network behavior, and third-party services outside our control. Features may change, become unavailable, or require updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any particular device or network.
Intellectual property
Far Fruit, its original artwork, website, copy, and software are owned by Charles Miller IT Consulting, LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material. Apple and Apple product names are trademarks of Apple Inc.; our use of those names describes compatibility only.
Website information
This website is provided for general product and support information. We aim for accuracy but may update product descriptions, availability, requirements, or documentation without notice.
Warranty and liability
The application’s warranty and liability terms are governed by Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable law. The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
